STIR FRY VEGETABLES AND BROWN
RICE
 
2 c. brown rice
1 c. water
Assorted vegetables, sliced
Oil
Soy sauce

Combine rice and water; cover and cook until tender (about 30 minutes). Put small amount of oil in frying pan or wok; add vegetables. Cook on high heat, stirring constantly until slightly tender; add rice. Serve with soy sauce to taste.
