STIR FRY CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES 
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 lg. onion
1 clove garlic
2 stalks celery
2 stalks scallions
3 lg. carrots
1/2 green cabbage
1/2 lb. snow peas
1 piece fresh ginger (approximately 1 oz.)
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. stir fry sauce
2 black pepper to taste

Cut up chicken into small pieces and season and garlic and soy sauce and marinate for 1/2 hour.

Cut up peppers, carrots, celery, onion into strips. Cut up snow peas into 2 pieces. Cut up scallions into slices. Shred cabbage. Stir fry chicken, onion and ginger until cooked; set aside. Stir fry peppers, scallions, celery and carrots with stir fry sauce; set aside.

Stir fry snow peas and cabbage with remainder of stir fry sauce. Mix chicken and previously fried vegetables. Serve with rice. Beef or shrimp can be substituted for chicken.
