SAUCY ITALIAN ZUCCHINI 
3 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning, oregano, or basil leaves
1 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese or 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine all ingredients, except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
