“CORN PUDDING” IS IN:

CORN PUDDING 
2 cups whole kernel corn
3 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 cups light cream

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Beat eggs and sugar; stir in corn, flour, salt and pepper. Add butter and cream (canned cream can be used).

Pour into a 1 1/2 quart buttered baking dish. Place pan in hot water and bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
