SAVORY BURGER STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. instant onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained (mixed vegetables)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain; add seasonings. Stir in Veg-All mixed vegetables, soup and mushrooms. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with biscuits or instant mashed potatoes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
