VEG ALL SAVORY BURGER STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. instant onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
16 oz. can Veg All, drained
10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup
4 oz. can mushrooms (optional)

Brown ground beef and onions. Drain. Add seasonings. Stir in Veg All mixed with vegetables, soup and mushrooms. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with biscuits or instant mashed potatoes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
