SAVORY BURGER STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
16 oz. can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
10 1/2 oz. can condensed tomato soup
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain and add seasonings. Stir in Veg-All vegetables, soup and mushrooms. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with mashed potatoes or biscuits. Serves 4-6.
