VEGGIE BURGER STEW 
1 lb. browned ground beef
3 potatoes, cubed
4 celery stalks, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can peeled, cooked tomatoes
Assorted vegetables: corn, kidney beans, green beans, etc.
2 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. pepper
Water
1 tbsp. cornstarch (optional)

Combine beef, vegetables, can of tomatoes with liquid, bouillon and pepper in a crockpot. Cover with water. Cook on high 6 to 7 hours until carrots are done.

Optional: to thicken stew combine cornstarch and 1/2 cup hot water. Mix well until lumps are gone. Add to stew and stir in well.

Unless there is something I have forgotten, but how can a stew be vegetarian if it has meat in it. Vegetarians and Vegans do not eat meat lol

Veggie is shorthand for vegetables, not vegetarian.
