RICE PUDDING | |
1 1/4 c. raw rice (cooked) 1/4 c. butter 2 eggs, beaten (last to mix in) 1 c. sugar 2 3/4 c. milk 1 lg. can evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 sm. box raisins (optional) Cook rice 1/2 hour and strain; melt butter into hot rice. Add all other ingredients. Add eggs last. Return to stove. Bring to a boil. Let cook 1 minute. Pour in bowl. Let cool. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. |
