RUDIES' BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. butter
1 c. grated American cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well. Saute onions and celery in butter. Mix broccoli, soup and cheese. Add to celery and onions. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
