PISTACHIO NUT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 container Cool Whip

Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator.
