2 (No. 2) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Put drained pineapple in a baking dish. Mix flour and sugar and sprinkle over pineapple. Top with grated cheese then crushed Ritz crackers. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly.
