40 Ritz crackers, crumbled fine
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
4 egg whites, beaten to peak

Mix all together and bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees in a greased pan (13x6x2).

TOPPING:

1 lg. container Dream Whip
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 med. size can crushed pineapple
1 lg. can mandarin oranges or 3 or 4 fresh oranges

Mix together. Pour over cake mixture and chill.

Footnote: 2 tablespoons coconut may be added to topping if desired.
