BAKED PINEAPPLE 
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 stack (36) Ritz crackers

Combine sugar, flour and drained pineapple. Pour into well-buttered baking dish. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Spread crumbs evenly over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
