EASIEST AND BEST TASTING LOWEST
CALORIE SHAKE!
 
1/2 pint low-calorie ice cream (I use Arctic Zero)
1 cup non-fat milk, soy milk or rice milk
1 banana (optional)
add 4 ice cubes

Note: The whole pint of Arctic Zero is 136 calories, fat free, all natural, gluten free, lactose intolerant friendly, ultra low carb, and it tastes gooood! I recommend the chocolate peanut butter flavor.

Add 1 cup of non-fat milk, soy milk or rice milk to your blender.

Scoop out half the pint of Arctic Zero (Flavors: Chocolate, Maple Vanilla, Strawberry Banana, Chocolate Peanut Butter), and place into blender.

Add 1 banana (if desired) and blend, and then add 4 ice cubes and blend until consistency is smooth and you no longer hear the ice hitting the blades. It will be very smooth.

This shake will have a total of 154 calories, be fat-free, and contain 19 grams of protein. Not only does it taste great but it will speed your metabolic rate due to the quality of proteins and low glycemic impact of the ingredients.
