SPINACH LASAGNA PINWHEELS 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
3/4 tsp. oregano leaves
8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Pour 1/4 jar of sauce into 13x9 inch baking dish. Put spinach in blender and mince for 1 minute. Combine spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg, oregano, and Ricotta cheese. Spread this mixture on each cooked noodle, roll up in half crosswise.

Place rolls, cut side down, in sauce. Top with remaining sauce; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
