GREEN BEAN PUFF 
4 c. hot cooked green beans
3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1 egg white

Combine green beans and celery. Pile lightly into a 5-cup casserole. Mix together the salad dressing, mustard, salt, and vinegar. Gradually add the milk. Beat the egg white until stiff. Fold into the salad dressing mixture and pile lightly on top of the beans. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven until sauce puffs and browns and the beans are thoroughly heated. 4 servings.
