PEGGY'S TEXAS CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 cans tomatoes
1/2 to 1 lb. pinto beans, cooked

Mix together and cook 2 hours on low.

I like to serve with salad and Mexican Cornbread.
