“TANGY SLOW COOKER PORK ROAST” IS IN:

TANGY SLOW COOKER PORK ROAST 
Delicious served with buttered egg noodles & peas.

1 large onion, sliced
2 1/2 lb. boneless Pork Loin Roast
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 dash hot pepper sauce, or to taste

Arrange onion slices evenly over bottom of slow cooker - place roast on top of onions. In bowl - mix rest of ingredients and pour over the roast. Cover & cook on low 6-8 hours (or) on high 3-4.
