DOTTIE'S EASY CROCKPOT PORK
ROAST
 
2 to 6 lb. pork loin
3/4 cup beef stock
3 tbsp.soy sauce
1 pkg. onion soup mix (Lipton)
pepper and garlic powder, as desired
1 jar prepared brown gravy (or reconstituted gravy mix)

Place roast in Crock-Pot, sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top of roast. Pour beef stock mixed with soy sauce over the top and spoon juices over the roast. Sprinkle generously with pepper and garlic and cook on low for 5 hours depending on size of roast, test with fork for tenderness. When done drain most of the liquid and pour jar of brown gravy over the top and continue to cook on low for about 45 minutes.
