STRAWBERRY - NUT JELLO SALAD 
2 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries, thawed
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 med. bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 pt. sour cream

Day before: In a large bowl combine gelatin and boiling water. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Fold in strawberries with juice all at once. Add drained pineapple, bananas and walnuts. Turn half of mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate until firm, about 1 1/2 hours. Evenly spread top with sour cream, then add rest of strawberry mixture over sour cream and refrigerate. Serves 12.
