CORN ZUCCHINI 
1 lb. zucchini, cooked & mashed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn
1 onion, diced & browned in 2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten

Combine and top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
