1 med. zucchini, coin sliced
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
17 oz. can cream style corn
2 tbsp. diced pimiento
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Saute zucchini and onion in butter until zucchini is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through.
