“PARMESAN CHICKEN TENDERS” IS IN:

PARMESAN CHICKEN TENDERS 
1 large package chicken tenders
2 cups Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Stuffing mix (roll to crush)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. Lemon pepper
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Wash and pat dry chicken tenders. Combine stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Dip tenders in melted butter then in the stuffing mix. Bake at 375°F uncovered for 35 minutes.

I serve these with chicken flavored Rice-a-Roni or cornbread dressing. It was a staple when raising my children. Enjoy!

Note: To cut calories, dip the tenders in chicken broth instead of melted butter.
