MARINADE FOR CHICKEN, PORK OR
SHRIMP
 
Juice of 1/2 to 1 lime
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. coconut milk
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed

Mix ingredients together and pour over meat. Marinade for 30 minutes or longer in refrigerator. Broil meat.
