STIR FRIED PORK | |
1/3 c. stir fry sauce 1 tsp. white vinegar 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper if desired 3/4 lb. boneless lean pork cut into thin strips 3 tbsp. oil 2 med. carrots, cut into thin strips 1 med. onion, halved and sliced 1/4 lb. snow peas cut in half lengthwise Combine stir fry sauce, vinegar and pepper, set aside. Coat pork with more stir fry sauce. Heat oil in hot wok - 1 tablespoon. Add pork and fry for 2 minutes, remove. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, add vegetables and cook for 4 minutes. Stir in pork and cook being sure all is coated with sauce. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings. |
