QUICK CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head of cabbage
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Slice cabbage and boil in salt water for about 10 minutes. Drain carefully, rinse twice with cold water. Mix soup and milk and add to drained cabbage. Place in greased casserole and cover with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with buttered bread or cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
