CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 med. head cabbage 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese Slice cabbage and cut in chunks. Cook in salted water until barely tender. Just a few minutes. Drain and put in casserole. Mix soup, milk and cheese, pour over cabbage. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. |
