SHREDDED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic
4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
1 lb. ground meat
1 can chicken or beef broth, divided
1 c. cooked rice

Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter until wilted. Add ground meat and cook until brown. Add chicken soup and rice. Season to taste. Set aside.

II:
3 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. cabbage, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can tomato sauce
