BUBBLE RING 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 (3 oz.) box reg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted

Thaw bread in refrigerator overnight. Cut the loaf into lengthwise quarters and cut each quarter into 8 cubes (32 total). Combine dry pudding, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Dip each cube into melted butter and roll in pudding mixture.

Place in greased bundt cake pan in 3 layers, alternating pieces. Drizzle with any remaining butter and sprinkle with any remaining pudding mixture. Cover and let rise until nearly double. Bake in 350 degree oven 20-25 minutes. (Cover with foil after first 10-15 minutes.) Let stand in pan for few minutes and then invert onto plate.
