1 can cut beets (1 lb.)
1 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Mix flour, sugar, orange juice, butter and salt. Cook until thickened. Add drained beets and heat thoroughly. Serves 4. This is very good with roast pork.
