GELATIN SALAD MOLD 
1 box lime gelatin
1 box lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. salad dressing
2 or 3 diced unpeeled apples
3/4 c. celery, diced

Dissolve both boxes of gelatin in boiling water. Add chilled remaining ingredients; pour into a 2 quart mold. Chill until firm and unmold. Serves 15 to 20.
