RHUBARB CUSTARD BARS 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar

TOPPING:

3-4 c. chopped rhubarb
3 tbsp. milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar mixed with 3 tbsp. flour
Cinnamon-nutmeg to taste

Use pastry blender to mix crust ingredients. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 325.

Blend other ingredients. Pour over crust and bake 55 minutes in 325 degree oven.
