BROCCOLI HAM CASSEROLE 
1/2 onion
4 tsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or Velveeta
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup (or 2 cans cream of chicken soup)
2 c. Minute rice, partly cooked
20 oz. California mix vegetables, thawed or 20 oz. broccoli
1/2 c. milk
4 c. ham, chopped

Saute onion in butter. Warm and mix well: Cheez Whiz or Velveeta, cream of chicken soup, and Cheddar cheese soup. Add Minute rice, vegetable, milk and ham. Mix all well. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, uncovered. This freezes well. If frozen do not thaw. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
