HAM, BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 box frozen broccoli spears
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. ham (cut into bite size pieces)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cheese soup
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli according to directions on box, then chop. Combine the first 7 ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

I thought this recipe was very good, and my picky husband really liked it. The only changes I made was that I used a package of fresh broccoli that I steamed and two Boar ham steaks (it's what we had on hand) then I doubled the rest of the ingredients. I'm sure it would have tasted very similar if I had made the recipe exactly how it is written though. I will definitely be making it again.
