FAST FAJITA PITAS 
1/4 c. Italian dressing
3 tsp. lime juice
1/2 lb. thinly sliced cooked roast beef
1/2 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped tomato
3 (6 inch) pocket breads, halved
Lettuce leaves

In a bowl, combine dressing and lime juice. Cut beef into strips. To the dressing, add the beef, broccoli, and tomato. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to serve. Line pocket bread with lettuce leaf and fill with 1/2 cup of beef mixture. Serves - 6 sandwiches.
