PITA PIZZA 
1 (2 oz.) piece of pita bread
4 tbsp. pizza sauce
1/2 c. grated cheese
Favorite toppings

Cut pita bread in half. Open bread to form pocket. Put 2 tbsp. pizza sauce in each pocket. Put 1/4 cup cheese in each pocket. Put in the toppings. Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
