BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. Post Toasties
1 c. coconut
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
6 oz. milk chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped pecans (opt.)

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill thoroughly for several hours or overnight. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes "a bunch".
