BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. softened butter
1 c. softened shortening
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
2 c. corn flakes

Mix together softened butter and shortening. Cream with brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift and add flour, soda and baking powder. Blend in remaining ingredients. Use 1/4 cup measuring cup to drop on cookie sheet. Six cookies to a sheet. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
