DAN'S BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 boneless pork chops
1 cup all-purpose flour

GRAVY:

1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
3 stalks celery, diced
1 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Dust pork chops with flour then brown in skillet on both sides.

In a baking dish add soup, milk, diced celery and onion. Add browned pork chops and cover with soup mixture. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Bake at 325°F in foil covered baking dish for 1 hour.

Serve with mashed potatoes. Use soup mixture for gravy.
