SOUTHERN BABY BACK RIBS | |
I like my Baby Back Ribs sweet an spicy with a taste of salt. In big bowl add: 2 tbsp. grape jelly (or to taste) 2 tbsp. brown sugar (or to taste) 1 cup BBQ sauce (or to taste) Soy Sauce, red wine Vinegar (to taste) Worcestershire Sauce (to taste) red pepper, ground cumin, oregano Rosemary, Season All Seasoned Salt (to taste) 1 Rack Of Baby Back Ribs 1-5 are the base ingredients. Use soy sauce and vinegar to thin the sauce down after adding dry ingredients. Combine red pepper, cumin, oregano in a small bowl until very well mixed. Place ribs in a pan with just enough water to barely cover. Boil for 45 minutes, or until bones are partially uncovered on the edges. Mix ingredients for the sauce and heat the grill until the coals are white hot (high on a gas grill). When the ribs are tender, use a clean basting brush to brush both sides generously with sauce. Place the ribs over the hot coals and baste often with the sauce. The ribs should be bubbly hot each time you flip them over. Baste and grill the ribs until tender, turning often.
