TURKEY ON BROCCOLI MORNAY 
8 to 10 lg. broccoli spears
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. scalded milk (not boiled)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated
8 to 9 slices roasted turkey breast
Bread or cornflake crumbs
Paprika

Cook broccoli spears only until tender. In small saucepan, melt butter, add flour, mix, then add milk and seasonings. Cook until thickened, then add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Place broccoli in long baking dish. Cover with turkey slices, then pour sauce over turkey. Sprinkle with crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
