JANET'S TURKEY MORNAY WITH
BROCCOLI
 
2 pkgs. broccoli
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
4 c. turkey or chicken broth
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
1 c. light cream
1 c. Sauterne
Parmesan cheese

Cut up cooked turkey or chicken in bite size pieces. Cook broccoli until tender, drain. Arrange on bottom of greased flat baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour. Add broth, light cream. Cook until smooth, then add sauterne and seasoning.

Arrange turkey/chicken slices over broccoli. Pour sauce over turkey. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-35 minutes until brown and bubbly. I serve over rice.
