TURKEY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
4 c. chopped turkey or chicken, cooked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can sliced & drained water chestnuts
3/4 c. minute rice
Corn flake crumbs
1 can onion rings, optional

Place thawed and drained broccoli in bottom of 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Put turkey over top. Combine and cook soup, mayonnaise, water, cheese and rice until cheese melts. Pour cooked mixture over broccoli and turkey. Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs. Add water chestnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, covered. Add onion rings. Bake 15 minutes uncovered. Optional use slivered almonds for onion rings.
