BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
16 oz. frozen broccoli
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 med. onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Set aside cereal and butter. Mix all the other ingredients. Crush corn flakes and butter. Place first mixture in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with crushed corn flake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
