BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. butter
1 (26 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 small diced onion
3 to 4 c. crushed corn flakes

Place defrosted broccoli in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix in the cream of mushroom soup, the egg, mayonnaise, grated Cheddar cheese and the onion and mix well.

Crush corn flakes in a bowl. Melt 1/4 cup butter. Pour butter over the corn flakes; mix together. Pour corn flake mixture over the broccoli mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
