BROCCOLI CORN CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped (thawed)
15 oz. can creamed corn
Cracker crumbs, buttered
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt and dash pepper
Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole baking dish, sprinkle with buttered cracker crumbs and sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese over all. Serves 6 to 8.
