BROCCOLI AND CORN CASSEROLE 
Combine:

1 egg, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
2 tbsp. grated onion (dehydrated flakes are fine)
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

In separate bowl toss:

1 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
5 tbsp. melted butter

Add 1 cup stuffing mix to vegetable mixture and put into ungreased 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Can be frozen.
