CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® Dressing (Ranch & Bacon recommended)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 c. chicken, cooked

Cook chicken ahead of time, cut into chunks. Cook broccoli. Place drained broccoli in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Then layer chunk chicken on top of broccoli. In a separate bowl mix together 1 can of chicken soup, 1 can of celery soup, and 1/2 cup of dressing. Pour this mixture over chicken. Now sprinkle on 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese. The last thing to go on top is 1/2 cup crushed Corn Flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves about 6.
