CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 pkgs. frozen broccoli or 2 (16 oz.) bags spears or chopped
6 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut up or leftover turkey pieces
2 cans cream soup
1 c. mayonnaise or yogurt (or 1/2 of each)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 can water chestnuts
Bread crumbs or crushed dry cereal

In 13x9x2 glass pan (greased) layer broccoli first then chicken, water chestnuts, almonds, sauce, grated cheese and crumbs on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
